Little help here...
editWhere can I find the Wikipedia page on the characters in the manga version of Battle Royale?
- Just created one. Monsieurxander 14:59, 15 November 2006 (UTC)
Is Giffen's version literal, loose or both?
editThe current version of the article claims both, but I figure it is actually not literal at all. Some fixing is in order, I guess. Luis Dantas 00:12, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
- Just did it. I wonder why even try to make BR a reality-show story; what a poor choice, what a poor fit. Then again, Giffen is well known for being a satire comicbook writer as opposed to a writer of serious pieces; one wonders why he was ever chosen to BR (and for that matter, Suicide Squad and Defenders as well). Luis Dantas 13:59, 26 March 2007 (UTC)
- Well, Battle Royale was somewhat of a satire too (of shows like the one with Kinpachi Sakamoto - The author did throw in references to that show in the novel) - But it also had its serious side. WhisperToMe (talk) 18:44, 21 January 2008 (UTC)
Article separation?
editThe original Battle Royale manga, Blitz Royale, and Angels' Border are all different series. Should they really be grouped under the same page like this? And Angels' Border is kind of a special case; it's the only one of the manga series that takes place within the universe of the original novel. 71.35.173.147 (talk) 18:56, 29 May 2016 (UTC)
on another note, there is another manga by the same author, called lives. if someone could please upload some information about it? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 132.204.220.145 (talk) 03:31, 6 February 2008 (UTC)
