"The Battle of Usti nad Labem, or the Battle of Ústí nad Labem in Czech,"
Would this sentence not be better just as "The Battle of Ústí nad Labem" ? (i.e. Put the diacriticals in the 'English' name?)
Not sure what the policy on using diacriticals in the page name is - my preference would be to have the article page *with* diacriticals, and a redirect from the non-diacritical page.
