Bosnians?
editThis stub article was for sure written by "Bosnian Muslim Nationalist", thats how I at least call them. They use the term Bosniaks and Bosnian nation like one muslims are instituting today. The truth is, it didnt existed in that time. Some of them will say: "Kulin ban mentiones the term Bosniak in his documents", which would mean that there was a Bosniak nation, which is not true. Actually, he was saying something more like "the people of Bosnia", so in geographical terms of Bosnia, not in nationalist term. The term Bosniak would not even be mentioned until 1878. when Benjamin Kallay tried to institute a Bosnian nation to stop the tensions between Croats, Serbs and Muslims. Nor Croatians or Serbs would accept thet, only Muslims. And even then it wasnt widely used term among Muslims as well. Even in 1918. when WWI ended and State of Slovenians, Croats and Serbs was created, which plan was to unite all yugoslav people, they didnt mention any nation that was called Bosnian nation. For them, they were only Serbs or Croats, just Muslims. And thats who they really were: Croats and Serbs, they were just forcefully converted to Islam, when they were under Ottoman rule. Later on, only in late 1900s the term Bosniak began its rise, when Muslims tried to make their own Bsniak history, they took many Croatian symbols and naturalised them as Bosnian. SOme of them are the Coat of Arms of the Bosnian Kingdom, which even Croatians call a Muslim symbol, which is not. Its Croatian. Then they would try to make Bosnian Kings Bosniaks, altough Kotromanics were clearly a Croatian noble dynasty, with some little Serbian blood. No Bosniaks there. I said itt, and i will say again: Such term never existed in that time. And, again, even later they would be called Croatian or Serbian Muslims, not Bosniaks. People even mocked Muslims, calling them Poturice, which roughly can be translated as something like "The ones who were forced to become Turks". Even the names of the Kotromanics clearly imply that they were Croatians: Stjepan, Tvrtko, Katarina are all naturally Croatian names. Name STjepan was actually Stefan in Serbia so you can see the difference. So, my conclusion is: Bosniaks are mading things up, trying to make their own history on Serbian and Croatian foundations, but they will not succeed. Altough they already naturalised much of the Serbian and Croatian symbols, people are now more educated and wont let any of these to happen again. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 46.35.154.72 (talk) 19:13, 13 September 2012 (UTC)

Therefore, memory of the battle should enlighten modern Bosniaks that they should respect their history before the Ottomans, and that they are the ancestors of Slavic tribes who founded Bosnia and Herzegovina, because the national- chauvinistic attachment in Islam, that rose after the War in Bosnia 1992-1995, created by the politics of Alija Izetbegović, and to show both Croatians and Serbs in Bosnia and Herzegovina that they are Bosnians too, despite their own religious feelings.[6]
It reeks of POV nationalism and is not worthy of an encyclopedia. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 213.114.30.136 (talk) 18:08, 26 October 2012 (UTC)
B class checked
editI have checked all of the sources. Although, I have included some refs myself, the article is complete anyway, as it can't get any larger than this, nor any accurate. We will never have more historical data than we have here now, so, it is what it is - well written, well referenced, small but important article as part of Bosnia and Herzegovina history.--౪ Santa ౪99° 04:13, 2 February 2021 (UTC)
