✗ Fail I am going to quickfail it, which is what I've never done before. I am, however, fed up with seeing GAN that miss basic criteria. This article has a good number of citation requested tags, and several clarification needed tags. Those are problems obvious at a glance - and thus I'll fail it after a glance.
