This battle has nothing to do with Bulgarians
There was no Bulgarian army involved.
- The thing is that precisely in this battle on both sides mainly Bulgarians participate! The first janissaries were almost exclusively Bulgarians, and the "Macedonian army" was also mostly Bulgarians.
No one explores the social aspect of military conflict! Why? After the Black Death and the state in which the Balkan Peninsula is located as a result of the plague and the incessant feudal struggles at the expense of the increasingly impoverished and thinning population.
End result: The Ottoman Empire became the world's number one power after two centuries. Станислав Минков (talk) 09:31, 9 April 2023 (UTC)
