I have placed referenced numbers for the number of combatants in the info box. However, both are based on contemporary sources, which may easily suffer from exaggeration. Personally, I find both estimates on the high side, particularly for the English who were a) scratch force drawn from those remaining after the first choice soldiers had joined the King at Berwick b) drawn from a relatively small area because of the haste with which they were mustered.Monstrelet (talk) 14:21, 17 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
