Infobox "Result"
editPlease note that Template:Infobox military conflict#Parameters states against "result" that "this parameter may use one of two standard terms: "X victory" or "Inconclusive"." The infobox has been amended to reflect this. Please read the template "result" guidance in full before amending or reverting. It would probably be best to discuss any proposed change here first to seek consensus. Thanks. Gog the Mild (talk) 16:07, 20 October 2023 (UTC)
Merging
edit@Last1in, @Kautilya3, It appears that the discussion has concluded with the decision to merge this with the Umayyad campaigns in India. However, I've noticed that the context is already covered in the target article, so there's no need for a merge. The article should be deleted without a redirect as it is not mentioned by any historians verbatim "Battle of Navsari" IMHO. Imperial[AFCND] 13:42, 2 January 2024 (UTC)
- ImperialAficionado, thanks for the ping. The term "Battle of Navsari" does occur in some sources. So I am happy to make it a redirect. -- Kautilya3 (talk) 17:38, 2 January 2024 (UTC)
- Great. If there are WP:RS mentioning it by verbatim, go with it. Imperial[AFCND] 17:55, 2 January 2024 (UTC)
- Thanks @ImperialAficionado. I agree with @Kautilya3 that a redirect might be helpful to the reader, so although no need to merge, I don't think it needs deletion. Either of you should be able to do this as an editorial action, but let me know if you need me to enact it. Star Mississippi 03:42, 3 January 2024 (UTC)
