There are conflicting sources on how hostilities started. RIC claims NDF commander Abdul Fattah al-Laylu, opened fire on Asayish member Khalid Haji at a routine quarantine checkpoint. iswnews.com claims (without source) that Asyish 'attacked' the car at the checkpoint. Unless one of these can be verified, article should not claim that Asaqish 'assaulted' the NDF vehicle. 80.192.98.127 (talk) 10:03, 28 April 2021 (UTC)ObjakA
Name consistency
editIn the names of the two districts where fighting took place, this article switches between different forms of transliteration: Halako/Halkou and Tayy/al-Tayy. In the interest of consistency I propose that a single name be used throughout the article. Which names should end up being used is up for discussion, I don't know which ones would be preferred by standard WP procedure. IvanSidorenkoSG (talk) 14:35, 9 May 2021 (UTC)
