User:79.117.135.137 is grubbing up Hungarian letters. It would be OK, if also letters of other languages would be changed to English ones without accents. But I see there are also french letters in the article. Or even in title of other articles (Besançon). See also other articles for examples from other languages: Beyoğlu, Skåneland, Łódź, Álvaro Magalhães (writer).
