Excellent work done here. I wish other pages on battles had such detail. Two points:
Point of improvement: The article could benefit from a short analysis section. Did a commander take a bold initiative? Did another make a mistake? Did one side or the other have an advantage in communications? How did their respective positions at the end of the day prepare them for the battle on the following day?
The use of Google Earth: Although I understand and even support your use of this tool, and the quality and accuracy of the article has benefitted from its utility, I have to wonder if another editor might call it "original research"? Something to think about.
The new Commentary section is terrific. For someone like me, interested in history but not familiar with the finer points of early 19th century European warfare, a paragraph like that puts the situation in better perspective. Thank you! Boneyard90 (talk) 06:47, 27 December 2010 (UTC)Reply
