Engine

I am confused about the engine used. The "Specification" says Rotax 912, 100 HP but the Rotax 912 produces 80 HP, not 100. Perhaps the 912S variant was meant? But even so, the craft would be unable to reach 27000' as mentioned elsewhere in the article. Neither the 912 nor the 912S have a turbo so they cannot produce meaningful power above 15000' or so. The Rotax 912 article in Wikipedia lists the Rotax model 912ULS as having 100hp, and the Bayraktar drone as using the 912 engine. Santamoly (talk) 09:06, 14 December 2020 (UTC)

Missile or bomb?

MALE or Tactical class?

Bayraktar UAV like it's fellow plane Karayel from Vestel company are both internationally classified as a tactical UAV bacause of it's weight and operational capabilities. Why we read that the Bayraktar has been classified as a tactical UAV by the army to protect the TAI Anka? This is false information and the Anka is much bigger and is a true MALE class UAV. The tactical UAV Bayraktar is smaller en much lighter and by this reason not in the class of the MALE despite its capabilities comming close to MALE UAV's capabilities. Bayraktar Tactical UAS → Bayraktar UAV – Bayraktar is a family of UAVs produced by Baykar. While they started to build the UAVs only in tactical class, overtime they started to make MALE and HALE class UAVs. Due to this reason, it is not reasonable to still keep the name Tactical in the title. It also says UAS insted of UAV; while this is technically true, nobody including the news agencies use the word UAS, instead they use UAVs which is also true. So, I think it would be best for this article to be moved to "Bayraktar UAV" Slh7477 (talk) 23:33, 14 September 2021 (UTC)

Disambiguation

I find the scope of this article unusual, as it appears to be an article form of what should be a disambiguation page. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the "Bayraktar UAV family" appears to be a marketing name for multiple mostly unrelated UAVs rather than a true aircraft family. The article makes seems to indicate that the only "family" members with related development are the the Bayraktar TB1/TB2/TB3; the rest being unrelated aircraft with the same marketing name. - ZLEA _T\^C 00:37, 15 September 2021 (UTC)

I presume this is a similar thing like what Samsung does with their phones. While there are S series, Note series, A series etc, they all share the name Galaxy before the actual family members. Such as Samsung Galaxy S21, Samsung Galaxy A72... While these are completely different devices for completely different people, they are all Galaxies. Slh7477 (talk) 16:30, 15 September 2021 (UTC)
