TITLE
editThe title of this really shouldn't be "beer measurement," as it is only about the taste and consumption of beer (which is important make no mistake!), vs its "measurement." Perhaps "Beer Consumption Factors" or something similar?
A hydrometer floating in an appropriate flask would be a much more appropriate image than this one directly in a plastic fermentor. -[[Spe — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.82.112.109 (talk) 14:44, 28 February 2014 (UTC)

I have attempted to solve the above issue by uploading a new image to the wikimedia commons and placing it here. Schlemazl (talk) 06:42, 9 November 2012 (UTC)
EBU/IBU: Perceived?
editUnder the "Bitterness" section, it's explained that EBU/IBU is a scale of perceived bitterness by a taster. But then the last paragraph in the section, credited to Andy Crouch's "The Good Beer Guide to New England" says that a beer with an IBU of 50 may be perceived as less bitter than a beer with an IBU of 30 because the former could have malt. This clearly contradicts the earlier statement and needs to be resolved. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 199.20.43.193 (talk) 19:34, 12 November 2013 (UTC)
