Lydia?
editI have a vague memory of Lydia having powers of her own, to a small degree. Perhaps something she does in the credits. Regardless, as this article is about Beetlejuice, the show, rather than Beetlejuice, the character, could Lydia's description, capabilities, etc. be expanded? [unsigned]
I don't know if I remember this right, but in the opening credits she did appear to levitate. However, this may be the B-man's doing, not hers. If you recall the end of the original movie, Lydia did a "floating dance", but that was from the help of the ghost couple. [unsigned]
DVD release?
editDoes anyone know when this show will be available on DVD? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Timber92 (talk • contribs) 03:26, 3 December 2006 (UTC).
- Three episodes, A-ha, Skeletons in the Closet, and Spooky Boo-tique, are available on the 20th Anniversary DVD of Beetlejuice. [unsigned]
Credits?
editIt seems to me that the majority of this article is credits. Is the listing of every episode in this manner really worthwhile? Midnightdreary 00:18, 3 March 2007 (UTC)
- I removed the over-done credits section. If anyone wants to replace some of the information, please be selective. Who was the technician or paint director in Season 4 is not really notable. Slavlin (talk) 03:49, 15 January 2008 (UTC)
BJ
editI find this --
It seems that the main reason Beetlejuice has been pulled from television is because Lydia often referring to Beetlejuice as "BJ", which is an acronym for blowjob. There is even an episode titled "Uncle BJ's Roadhouse" in which Beetlejuice dons a Pee-Wee Herman style persona called "Uncle BJ"
-- hard to believe. Source? nwatson 01:25, 12 April 2006 (UTC) If it was true, this show would have lasted less than 4 seasons, not to mentioned the reairings afterwards. There's also a big box store in my area called "BJ's Warehouse"
- What about BJ Hunnicut from M*A*S*H?--Hailey 15:51, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
This reminds me about a joke/rumour concerning the British animated series Captain Pugwash. People used to say the names of the characters in that show were double entendres. If you watch the show, you'll find the rumoured names are not there. Eligius (talk) 03:19, 14 September 2010 (UTC)
Netherworld/Neitherworld
editUse of the terms "Netherworld" and "Neitherworld" are inconsistant here and should probably be globally replaced with the latter, it being one of the most frequently used puns in the series. Asat 05:26, 3 June 2007 (UTC)
Syndication
editIt was shown in syndication for years after 1991. 67.188.172.165 23:16, 12 September 2007 (UTC)
Prince Vince/Vincent
editI added a sentence about the similarity of Prince Vince to Tim Burton's "Vincent", FYI. Whoever wrote up this page did a great job, but overlooked that detail. Are they almost identical, or what? :) - Dreams 03:30, 6 October 2007 (UTC)
Also as a side note I've added how the name could be based on Vincent Price, reverse the prince and Vince and than drop the n and you'd get Vince Price. Chaos samurai (talk) 03:23, 19 September 2009 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Lydia Deetz.JPG
editImage:Lydia Deetz.JPG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. BetacommandBot (talk) 21:48, 2 January 2008 (UTC)

3D segments
editSome mention should be made about the bizarre brief 3D bits in each episode. CFLeon (talk) 04:20, 22 October 2008 (UTC)

- Someone has been changing the air date on Boomerang every month or so for the last 6 months. I don't think they actually know anything about it.

editMan, is this a train wreck! Few citations, mostly opinion!76.120.66.57 (talk) 05:24, 8 January 2011 (UTC)
Who voiced Road Hawg?
editI've got to find out who voiced Road Hawg, the motorcycle from the episode “Queasy Rider”! If anyone figures it out or knows to begin with, please edit it into this section! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.172.66.109 (talk) 18:33, 24 October 2024 (UTC)
