Beevers (surname) → Beevers – It seems strange, and slightly condescending, to assume that a reader searching for "Beevers" is a lousy speller. In general, I think it's unwise to assume someone has made a typo unless it's a very common one and you're redirecting to a much more notable topic. By all means, let's have a {{distinguish}} hatnote here pointing to Beaver, though. --BDD (talk) 18:03, 21 April 2014 (UTC)

- Comment what do we do with Beever ? Is it a mispelling of 'beaver' or 'Beevers' ? Or should it be a disambiguation page? -- 65.94.77.36 (talk) 05:15, 22 April 2014 (UTC)
- Maybe redirect to Julian Beever, who seems to be our only usage of that spelling? --BDD (talk) 15:08, 22 April 2014 (UTC)
- I think that Beever should redirect to 'beaver' as a misspelling. No opinion on the request though.Hoops gza (talk) 17:19, 22 April 2014 (UTC)
- Support per nom and thus per User:Born2cycle/UNDAB. --B2C 23:47, 22 April 2014 (UTC)
- Support, both the nominator's move suggestion as a superfluous disambiguation, and the use of hatnotes in general. 16:07, 26 April 2014 (UTC)
