Zoopla reference

edit

I have removed the claim "desirable residential area" as this is opinion not fact, it probably is a desirable place but that does not make WP the place to say so - see WP:WEASEL. Likewise "very high house prices" - high in relation to what? Zoopla does not say they are high, simply that the Z-index is £2m+. Such a claim would need to be substantiated by, say, a newspaper article ranking the street in a list of expensive places to buy houses. I have also removed the reference as the link only points to the zoopla.co.uk main page which imo would make it further reading rather than a source.
