editI removed the portion of the article that said that the ITU incorporates BSP information in many places. The ITU defines standards in a relatively generic way. While they may have standardized based on certain things that AT&T did in the past it is not by incorporating BSPs. AT&T may have had a large amount of input to the standards process but I've never personally come across anything even resembling a BSP in the many ITU documents I've read nor have I ever seen an ITU document reference a BSP directly.
If whoever added this has some examples to back up their assertion please share as I'd be interested in seeing it. sam (talk) 23:01, 21 March 2012 (UTC)
