No concert program, review, recording does that. I am not sure we should. For women, we fight surname only as suggesting too much intimacy with the subject. Template or not, I'm afraid the same might be thought here. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 07:33, 6 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
Most Icelandic people article (example: Aron Gunnarsson) in Wikipedia use this name convention. The template at the beginning of the article explains this name convention. (You are thinking not Icelandic.) Grimes2 (talk) 07:40, 6 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
As explaind in the other discussion, I'm thinking of him in an international context, where most of our readers also come from. For an Icelandic politician or scientist, active mostly in Iceland, I'd agree immediately. For him, singing in the world, I hesitate.
