Notable Armenians

edit

I think Nicky Pogose, and Aratun can also be included in the list. --Ragib 06:51, 6 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Armenian Architecture

edit

Armenian architecture (e.g. Ruplal House or the mansion of Aratun) is also important. A good deal on this may be found in 'Dhaka: Smriti-Bismritir Nogori' by Muntasir Mamun. If anyone possesses the book, please try to begin this section. --Sabih 16:35, 26 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

The Armenian Diaspora in Dhaka has a long and exciting history. It would be great if other Wikipedians lent a hand here. The article is suffering particularly from name confusions (JGN Pogose or NP Pogose?) as well as lack of solid statistics, which should be readily available. On the good side, it covers important areas to some extent, and lays out the queues for further expansion. Aditya Kabir 18:05, 7 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
