NIE1914 provides only the surname. The relevant volume of NIE 2nd edition is not available, but NIE 1st edition does cover both authors, so no help there (although it does give far more coverage to Nathaniel). Before my edit the article claimed Julian (unsourced). I changed it to Nathaniel because this can be sourced from Davis2004 but the two could easily be confused and Nathaniel died 1864, when Clinedinst was 5. On the other hand, Clinedinst could easily have illustrated a new edition of an old work, or a posthumously published work. I think we need a second source to be sure either way. NIE1914 provides only the surname. The relevant volume of NIE 2nd edition lists many people with this surname. Although RLS is the only one described as an author, some of the others may have published books so I think we need a more explicit reference to RLS to be sure.
