Gauges and barrel lengths
editOn the Beretta web site -- I'm looking at this page -- all the 682 Gold Es shown are 12 gauge, but the article infobox also lists 20 and 28 gauge and .410 bore. Also, the Beretta site shows guns with 28, 30, 32, and 34 inch barrels, but not 26 inch. Should the article be updated to match the web site? — Mudwater (Talk) 12:42, 9 May 2008 (UTC)
Beretta offered the 26" barrels for the skeet models as well as the .410 bore. They have since discontinued them. Since they were available as OEM equipment I think they should remain listed, but I'm open to feedback. The 20 and 28 gauge barrels are still available from beretta and I am searching for verification other than in printed material. CEOMao (talk) 13:32, 9 May 2008 (UTC)
- I was thinking that some gauges or barrel lengths may have been produced and then discontinued, but I wasn't sure. I certainly agree that anything that was offered as OEM should be listed in the article. Thanks for the additional research and references. — Mudwater (Talk) 22:55, 9 May 2008 (UTC)
