I just did a LexisNexis search to find some sources. There were only two articles in the San Francisco Chronicle about Berkeley Nucleonics. One was from August 20, 2001, Pg. B5, business section, titled "Marin firm charged with export violations: Devices sent to India can be used in nuclear weapons, grand jury says." The other was from July 15, 2001, Pg. A23, titled "Marin firm entangled in sting: Electronic device sold to India can be used in nuclear weapons." This might be enough to make the business notable, though they were the only two articles I could find. I'm not sure so I didn't remove the {{WP:NOTE}} flag. --Smtomak 21:06, 8 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

I don't know if adding the info about the sanctions violations is relevant or fair to the company. I can't even find out what the outcome was. The case might have been thrown out, in which case, who cares? --Smtomak 21:51, 8 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
