Is it "Dresdner" or "Dresdener"? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 201.230.4.185 (talk) 18:10, 12 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

It seems that either form is acceptable depending on where it's used, according to German grammar (which I'm not well up in!) When I originally wrote the article I called it "Dresdener" but someone else later moved it to "Dresdner" where it's remained ever since. However, the German language article calls it "Dresdener" while the English article on the Berlin-Dresden line itself calls it "Dresdner". Until I learn more about German grammar I won't alter it! While "Dresdner" isn't wrong per se, both the builders of the station and every source I've seen uses "Dresdener" (including the German Wikipedia entry), and not using the same term would create undue confusion, in my view. --Ilja.nieuwland (talk) 19:47, 19 November 2021 (UTC)Reply
