Which one case?
edit"To date, only one case (before a WTO dispute settlement panel, involving U.S. copyright exemptions allowing restaurants, bars and shops to play radio and TV broadcasts without paying licensing fees, passed in 1998 as a rider to the Sonny Bono Copyright Term Extension Act) has actually required an interpretation of the test." Which case? There's no citation to point us in the right direction... --Thomas B♘talk 01:33, 20 May 2015 (UTC)
Actually, there is now another case: it was interpreted by the Supreme Court of Sweden in a decision published on Apr 4, 2016.1 Should be added to the text, but I really don't know whether between writing the article and this particular case, there have been others. Also, most probably there are going to be more legal comments, which should be referenced here. --Oop (talk) 04:58, 7 April 2016 (UTC)
