Weight classes of fighters

edit

The weight classes for the fighters listed every weight class for their career. Seems like it would make more sense to put the weight class they came in at for fight(s) in which they won the award. For example, Floyd only fought at welterweight in 2009, so for the 2010 award I listed as welterweight as opposed to all his classes. Two things worth note. First, for the award I took the previous year (e.g., for 2010, weight from 2009). I didn't know the cutoff, so that seemed good as any. Second, for clarity I added the weight they were at when the fight took place and therefore ignoring contract weight. For example, in 2012 Pacquiao faced Antonio Margarito for the 154 lbs. title. However, the fight was at a catch weight of 150 and Pacquiao came in at 144.5 (according to boxrec.com). Seemed most clear was to just list welterweight since he actually fought as a welterweight.RonSigPi (talk) 18:27, 7 September 2012 (UTC)Reply
