Callard is not a vegan. "On Monday night, Bev was spotted tucking into a scotch egg" [1], she also ate butter [2]. There are no good WP:RS documenting her veganism and the only sources that exist on the topic are related to her appearance in 2020 on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! (British TV series). If she was vegan there should be good independent WP:RS documenting it but all we have are weak sources that look like a publicity stunt picked up by tabloid newspapers. The only sourcing that exists on this topic is drama related to I'm a Celebrity. In the past at least 1 tabloid newspaper has picked up on this Wikipedia article and claims about veganism related to I'm a Celebrity [3].
