Origins
editThe spurious attribution of the title phrase to Turgenev in 2012 should have long ago been reverted as WP:OR by a WP:SPA. The editor gives his source as a 1985 English dramatization of Turgenev's original story. The English adaptation changed the name from Turgenev's ba-be-bi-bo-bu [1], Google finds no contemporary sources connecting Turgenev's character name to the name of the song [2], and indeed even WP isn't used as a source for the claim until 2013 [3] [4].
Similarly the melodic resemblance to "Hello! Ma Baby" is WP:OR by a WP:SPA IP user, unsourced and spurious. Yappy2bhere (talk) 07:25, 27 June 2020 (UTC)
