Relocated comment
editThe following comment was pasted onto the bottom of the article, it is not my writing - I simply relocated it:
- As a current BSF discussion leader in Southern California, I can say that you have given an accurate portrayal of this organization. Many churches would do well to look at how: BSF selects and trains its leaders, promotes spiritual growth among its leaders and group members, and how a body of believers unified by the power of the Holy Spirit can work and grow together and support one another to the glory of God.
- I also have some issues with other aspects of the program, but all in all it has been a wonderful avenue for myself and others to grow in their knowledge of His Word and to draw closer to Him.

References
editPlease get some references for this otherwise pretty good article BQZip01 07:50, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
I removed the anecdotal comments that reflect the negative experiences of individual former members which are not an accurate reflection of BSF and are unreferenced Esquire80 (talk) 04:47, 17 September 2008 (UTC)
I also removed the factual inaccurate entry that the discussion leaders call members to discuss the answers of other members "without their knowledge" Esquire80 (talk) 06:13, 17 September 2008 (UTC)
Doctrinal position
editPlease use referenced and reliable sources when adding information to this section (or any section). I've deleted the personal anecdotes and feelings of a previous editor, but am not passing judgment on their veracity --Esquire880 (talk) 00:07, 12 July 2011 (UTC)
I am proposing removal of the following, which has added a while ago but has never to my knowledge been given any RS: Any BSF participant who agrees to the BSF Statement of Faith, when that statement is not in conflict with the church they are a member of, can be called into leadership positions in BSF. There have been controversies in the past[specify] that certain denominations or sects are excluded from BSF leadership. BSF is careful not to call someone into leadership where the profession of their faith as a member of their church would be conflict with the BSF statement of faith." Agree? Disagree? --Esquire880 (talk) 23:00, 28 July 2011 (UTC)
History
editI am proposing removal of the reference to the Alliance of Confessing Evangelicals, which although referenced, does not appear relevant to BSF's history. I'm proposing same for the reference to KYB in Australia. --Esquire880 (talk) 00:13, 12 July 2011 (UTC)
