editThe library was established in 1604 by Angelo Rocca (1546–1620), and belonged to the Augustinian monastery.[1] It was the first library in Italy opened for a public service (in 1609).[citation needed] This conflicts with what is said at Biblioteca Malatestiana.--Felix Folio Secundus (talk) 18:42, 10 April 2010 (UTC)
