The Bibliothèque de l'École des Chartes is a library. The article is about the journal published by this library, which is called the Revue Bibliothèque de l'École des Chartes. Moving the article will not resolve the problem, as both the library and the journal are notable enough for articles. -- ℜob C.aliasⒶⓁⒶⓇⓄⒷ12:39, 20 August 2008 (UTC)Reply
Never mind what I wrote. Checking the Persée record, I find that the periodical is indeed called Bibliothèque, etc., and not Revue Bibliothèque, etc. The teapot tempest is over. -- ℜob C.aliasⒶⓁⒶⓇⓄⒷ01:07, 21 August 2008 (UTC)Reply
