New page in March 2023
editHello! I've started an entirely new article for this page. Previous attempts looked like spam and were poorly written, plus poorly or incorrectly sourced.
I could use help on the following things:
(1) citations for Podcast section and/or how to properly note this. It reads a bit like marketing spam now, but I wasn't sure what to include or not to include. I do believe it is legitimately the most popular real estate podcast today, and found one article to cite that. But wasn't sure whether or not to include other podcasts they do, which one(s), etc.
(2) what to do about Books / Publishing section? The company claims "millions of titles sold," but I can't find any external sources of repute for this. Should I just reference the ISBNs and make a best-guess effort to only list the most popular titles? Similarly with the podcast section, I believe they have some of the most popular books on real estate investing, but hard to back up these claims independently.
(3) I can't add an External links section because their URL is in a global spam block, I'm assuming from years ago (2016?) when someone was spamming either their page or links to their articles on other Wikipedia pages. Nickgray (talk) 19:52, 18 March 2023 (UTC)
Contested deletion
editThis page should not be speedily deleted because... previous articles created were obviously spam, poorly cited, and poorly written. I've taken time to get citations from the Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, and others for this entirely new article. It is not at all similar to previous articles which were created for this topic. --Nickgray (talk) 20:01, 18 March 2023 (UTC)
