Since Bill.com is widely used by many businesses in the US and also as the back-end for online B2B bill payment by major banks like Bank of America, I think it would be useful for the public to have a source like Wikipedia that explains what it is. I am engaging in discussion to learn the proper process.
I'm going to add more information on Bill.com from
