Change the wording from "majored in economics" to "earned a degree in economics." After someone earns a degree, he/she is a graduate with a degree in a field. That person no longer has a "major."

- Not done: please be more specific about what needs to be changed. Jnorton7558 (talk) 04:41, 31 July 2011 (UTC)
- Comment. It's hard to imagine a more specific request. I believe that the wording is satisfactory, though. For one thing, it reflects the wording in the source. For another, it's news to me that majors vanish when degrees are conferred. Afaik, I still majored in something even though I earned my degree. Rivertorch (talk) 06:38, 4 August 2012 (UTC)

I just saw Bill Bellamy in a stand-up performance tonight and he mentioned (several times) that he lives in Las Vegas. The article says California. 2600:1006:B024:DF78:0:29:70DD:8A01 (talk) 04:11, 4 August 2012 (UTC)
Done We cannot say he resides in Las Vegas without a reliable source. However, I have removed the mention of California. Rivertorch (talk) 06:34, 4 August 2012 (UTC)
Attended Seton Hall Prep in West Orange, New Jersey
editActually this information is incorrect, Mr. Bellamy did not attend Seton Hall Preparatory School when the campus was in West Orange, New Jersey due to the fact that the school didn't move to its new campus (The old West Orange High School) until 1993 (At that time he was 28 years old). When he attended the prep school it was still located on the campus of Seton Hall University on South Orange Avenue in neighboring South Orange. If there is no objection I'd like to change this from West Orange to South Orange. TheGoofyGolfer (talk) 18:56, 8 May 2014 (UTC)

Put in Bill Bellamy's wiki article that he currently hosts the game show, Let's Ask America, replacing Kevin Pereira. 75.76.56.132 (talk) 04:27, 2 December 2014 (UTC)

The article says, "Bellamy hosts Bill Bellamy's Who's Got Jokes? on TV One. The show is in its fourth season; he is an executive producer for it." Please note that the article has said the same thing since 2009 or so. The Bill Bellamy's Who's Got Jokes? article indicates that the show ended in 2009. None of this is sourced anywhere in Wikipedia. Maybe it is safest to just say that "Bill Bellamy hosted Bill Bellamy's Who's Got Jokes," and leave it at that? 2600:1008:B146:A989:78C9:D0E7:B69D:B9E2 (talk) 14:20, 22 June 2022 (UTC)
