editHello first off my name is Darrell L. Russell, I,m a native to Miami, Florida. I was hoping to have this read by Mr, Bill Duke. I have a idea of a film I think would be good if Mr, Dukes would product. The Ten Commandments" Denzel Washington be cast as Moses? What a positive impact that would be. The world needs to see Blacks In history not just in slavery movies. We built the piramids, we travel to europe preforming surgery teaching the europian how to heal there own.

American Gigolo - gay pimp
editDuke plays a gay pimp in American Gigolo. I added 'gay pimp' in the sentence following that in which the 'broadening of [his] repertoire was mentioned. Think it adds overall - especially as it was such a strong performance. Not vandalism. --83.119.142.202 (talk) 19:56, 9 July 2012 (UTC)
According to Tommy Sotomayor, the idea of Dark Girls was his and it was stolen by Bill Duke. [1] — Preceding unsigned comment added by 184.148.31.196 (talk) 15:48, 19 August 2013 (UTC)

I'm not making these edits myself, but there isn't an IMDB link to The Killing Floor and there should be: [1] Additionally, the mention should refer to this as an American Playhouse production. It is unclear why The Killing Floor also isn't listed in Bill Duke's IMDB credits but that seems to be common with American Playhouse and other older public television productions. This film is growing in fame, and is currently featured on Criterion, for which this is the promo link: [2] Quantnoir (talk) 01:45, 19 February 2021 (UTC)
