- The result of this discussion was to merge
Natural battery has only one source (a press release) but the concepts are similar to those expressed in the broader category of biobatteries. 49ersBelongInSanFrancisco (talk) 05:51, 2 January 2017 (UTC)
- Support There is also a section on bacteria in this article, in which it can get merged into. lbmarshall (talk) 15:31, 4 January 2017 (UTC)
- Comment No objection has been raised after 7 days and the source is non-controversial. I will implement the merger.49ersBelongInSanFrancisco (talk) 08:10, 8 January 2017 (UTC)

Propose changing the name to Bio fuel cell or merge with Microbial fuel cell
editThis article is about Bio fuel cells not batteries and should therefore be renamed. Fuel cells us a fuel and can be refuelled (sugar as described in the advantages section) to create electricity, whereas batteries create electricity due to redox reactions at the electrodes, causing ions to pass between them through the electrolyte and thereby electrons will flow in an external circuit.
There is another Wiki page on microbial fuel cells. That page describes such fuel cells in more detail than this page, so the pages could be merged. Lkingscott (talk) 20:06, 7 January 2022 (UTC)
As there is almost no useful information in this article I don't think it matters. Terrible article, repetitive, and poor English. Another school project no doubt. Hard to improve articles like this without throwing it out and starting from scratch.--Cuthbert Bargepole (talk) 05:59, 21 December 2022 (UTC)
