Changing the title:
I suggest to let the title of this page as "Biomarkers (ecotoxicology)" only, since the title "Biomarkers of exposure assessment" for me is a bit too long. There are also other types of biomarkers as shown in this page, such as Biomarkers of effects which differ from biomarkers of exposure. So a less-specific title would fit better for the subject.
