Overly long participating governments section

We should remove § Participating governments as WP:INDISCRIMINATE. This looks like a heatmap of all Canadian cities. The entire section can be replaced with "BizPaL is available in most major Canadian cities." Many edits like [1] were by the blocked COI User:Bizpal support.

There seems to be one reference per province and that a link to the subject's website so not independent. Perhaps keep the items with references and remove the rest? RJFJR (talk) 13:31, 9 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
