The high school graduating class of 2007, which I was a part of, was probably the last to really know who Mr. Ponterio was aside from someone the parents talked about or mentioned here or there... heh, at senior awards ceremony for the year after mine, the class of 2008, he spoke, and there was applause, but not a lot of people who he was. Compare that to the senior awards ceremony for my graduating class, the class of 2007, there was such a roaring mix of cheers, applause, etc from the class since we were the last to really enter the elementary school under his rule, and had a year and a half of the friendly, outgoing, and cool principal - and as a result the fond memories. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Travelsonic (talk • contribs) 18:41, 27 November 2013 (UTC)Reply
