- Lede
- Only "science fiction" should be linked, not "television"
- What channel did it air on? (BBC)
- Episode director should be added to the lede IMO.
- Everything section should be mentioned in the intro, per WP:LEAD. Thus, I don't see "Filming" anywhere in the lead.
- Done. I added a bit about the house and the effects used to create the angels.--Gen. Quon (Talk) 14:59, 16 August 2012 (UTC)
- "In 2009,". I'm guess it is like this for others also, but in general, for everything in the article, that should be no comma as seen in that one example. Those commas are not used in British English, which is what Doctor Who, a British series, should use. Cheers.
- Plot
- Many actors names are missing, which, are, however, in the lead. Please add them to the plot section.
- Unlink DVD rental shop per WP:OVERLINK
- Detective Inspector shouldn't be in capitals, as per MOS:CAPS
- Well, if it's part of their "name", it should (The example MOS:CAPS uses, is "President Nixon"). Thus, Shipton's correct "name" is "Detective Inspector Billy Shipton".--Gen. Quon (Talk) 14:59, 16 August 2012 (UTC)
- "met with the Doctor", to "meets with the Doctor"
- This wouldn't match the tense; it happened in the past.--Gen. Quon (Talk) 14:59, 16 August 2012 (UTC)
- ":" is unneeded. Replaced with "which was" or something
- Production
- Move the image to the right side, as per MOS:IMAGELOCATION.
- That very above concern being said, move the quote box to the left.
- "In fact". Very unneeded. WP:NPOV
- "What I Did" is used twice in a row. Change h'r up
- "Doctor-Lite" episode of the series?
- It's means it lacks the Doctor. I explained it in the paragraph. What else do I need to add?--Gen. Quon (Talk) 14:59, 16 August 2012 (UTC)
- "Actress Carey Mulligan appeared in the episode as Sally Sparrow." is nowhere to been seen in the article, or there.
- "[21][12]" should be in order as "[12][21]". Thank you.
- In "Filming", one dab link (Macmillan) is in there, under a reference.
- In "Effects", I see way too many quotes. Consider paraphrasing per WP:PARAPHRASE, and some other guideline or policy; I think
- I removed a few small quotes, but the larger quotes are already paraphrased quite a bit and split up; I think they expand on the speakers knowledge. In fact, there's only two quotes, and about three word definitions used by people. That's not too many.--Gen. Quon (Talk) 14:59, 16 August 2012 (UTC)
- "Chinese puzzle" is not going to help a reader understand this topic. Thus, unlink it per WP:OVERLINK.
- I think it adds. A Chinese puzzle is an interlocking puzzle, and to understand what Gold said, you might want to click the link (I had never heard that expression before watching the commentary).--Gen. Quon (Talk) 14:59, 16 August 2012 (UTC)
- Broadcast and reception
- "a card reading "One Year Later" was show". What? Huh; that's very awkward.
- I tried re-wording. It was a titlecard in the episode; you know, like a slide.--Gen. Quon (Talk) 14:59, 16 August 2012 (UTC)
- "11 May November 2007" awkward again.
- Fixed.--Gen. Quon (Talk) 14:59, 16 August 2012 (UTC)
- "rated the episode 9.1" → gave the episode a 9.1"
- "poll conducted by the BBC". "The BBC" there should be "The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC)", since it was its first mentioned in the article, it will be like that for first time only. All of this is per MOS:ACRO.
- References
- In Ref. 28, 29, 30, 58, etc., double quotes should be single quotes per MOS: referencing guidelines.
- Watch out for double periods in references, as seen in Ref. 37, Ref. 45, etc.
- Ref. 38's regular - should be an en-dash – per WP:DASH
- UK should be United Kingdom
- External links
- Are half of those links needed? Consider WP:ELNO. Then, one important link, TV.com is missing.
- Cut down and added.--Gen. Quon (Talk) 14:59, 16 August 2012 (UTC)
- Categories should be sorted in alphabetical order.
Overall; this is a good article. In great shape, I'll be happy to pass once the above issues are addressed. Great work! TBrandley 03:05, 16 August 2012 (UTC)
- OK, I believe I have fixed or addressed all the issues.--Gen. Quon (Talk) 14:59, 16 August 2012 (UTC)
- Excellent. Looks good; I'll pass the article. TBrandley 15:02, 16 August 2012 (UTC)
