Numbers and numbering
editWe know for sure that there were 2, as they appeared on the French register, and also that the earlier of these became the MB.93 later. It's not at all clear if the two at the Salon were different airframes or had been redesignated MB.91 and MB.92 after they installed the Renault engine. They were at the show in November, very soon after the second machine's first flight. It's also a bit of a puzzle as to when the October Flight photo was take; Flight photos are mostly published soon after they were take, but this one shows an uncovered aircraft, which could well have side-by-side seating. So perhaps this is a third machine and maybe it was completed.. Certainly the MN.93 was a reworked earlier airframe. So either 2 or 3 MB.9xs plus the uncompleted MB.92 plus MB.100, if one should count that in.TSRL (talk) 11:37, 27 October 2014 (UTC)
