How come then that on a spermogram (or is it spelled spermogramme?) they always find antibodies bound to several sites, but all is OK if the percentage of affected sperm cells is below a certain limit ? By the looks of that, I'd say it's normal to have SOME antibodies getting past the blood-balls-barrier. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.10.155.55 (talk) 04:11, 10 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Lifetime of sperm in the bloodstream?

edit

So my question here for any medical doctor (I cannot find the answer online) is how long can sperm live in the bloodstream? The question came up because I donate blood like clockwork every 8 weeks, but I had a vasectomy 4 years ago. Assuming I fall under normal odds, I should have sperm in my bloodstream along w/antibodies for those sperm. Would it be possible that I donate blood and some female w/trama injuries receives my blood but gets pregnant from that as well?
