this needs to be cleaned up and populated, someone please find a standard historical template and populate the calendar from the events leading up to "boiler explosion" onward to current status (now at alang, tomorrow?)

also want to use wikimapia to show a route of the false paper and illegitimate dealings, esp last few locations

full history, transactions, environmental concerns, court case, etc all need to be addressed, background references to sources on Basel, waste trafficing, economics and industry, etc...

start calendar/history from when vessel leaves port for the cruise that ended at miami may 2003, include normal route and everything since which leads to the current situation and policy issues.
