All the above is true except that the landing ships in question were at Fitzroy Settlement, not Bluff Cove. The confusion aqrises because Bluff Cove was the destination of the Welsh Guards, which could not be reached because of the lack of landing craft-source "andyfloss" who was there. - User:Andyfloss
