editDear moderators,
- I have changed the language of the article that was marked as "blatant" and "promotional" and could be considered "advertisement".
- I have removed all the details that were not relevant enough.
- I added reliable sources for references.
- Added new externa links, carrying reliable information (aka facts).
Please "open" this article without so many tags... I will be upgrading it and improving it, once new events take place and new inforation is published. That's all I have so far.
Thank you. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Pobedochka (talk • contribs) 16:22, 10 October 2010 (UTC)
review and Advice
editI have removed a large amount of promotional material , suitable only for his wevpage or a press release. This includes://
1. Excessive use of the subject's name
2. A section self described as "Business Listing", and which indeed is just that, containing a month-by-month totally unencyclopedic list, extending even to individual dinners he had with celebrities and what looks like every private party he organized. If there are one or two particularly important events in all this, they should be mentioned in the article (with sources)
3. Some minor material.
I think there's some more to go., such as the repetitive list of films or shows he produced, which should be given either in text or in a tabular listing, not both.
Wikipedia is not to be used for advertisements. The reason for our rule about material from a website is not just copyvio, but also because such material is almost always unsuitable for an encyclopedia, just as this was DGG ( talk ) 21:35, 18 October 2010 (UTC)
