Markup
editThe principal advantage of using the Wiki-standard markup features for headers is that you'll get an automatically-built table of contents appearing near the top of the article. For this reason, it's better to use the standard Wiki markup than to try and "roll your own".
For more details, see Wikipedia:How to edit a page#Wiki markup.
What to include on this page??????????????????
editI have left this message for Atlant who has re-reverted my edit.
"Look at the history of the edits here. A series on non-grammatical entries keep appearing. In addition, while they reflect something that happended at the Wang Center, they are not a part of its operation on a regualr basis.
So do we list every single one of the outside organizations which rent the Center and put on shows there? I believe NOT.
I am posting this note on the TALK PAGE of the Talk:Wang Center for the Performing Arts in order to solicit other opinionsd as to whether this is kind of thing which should be a part of this article.
Please any comments there: it is the most relevant place for all to see."
:It is my opinion that minor stuff like this should be REMOVED Vivaverdi 03:28, 25 August 2006 (UTC)
- Ungrammatical? There's nothing ungrammatical about the entry. And it's reasonably notable that the American TV show Jeopardy! taped a series at the Wang Center. And there's nothing that requires that we only write about events that occur "on a regualr [sic] basis".
- I think I'll revert you again.
npov violation
editAs it currently stands, this page reads like a press release; it's quite clear some PR flack has been all over it. Really vile. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.104.96.165 (talk) 11:58, 1 January 2012 (UTC)
- I agree. On December 2, user Execintern1 pretty much rewrote the article from scratch. I suppose we can guess who they're an intern with. I've reverted their changes out. —Tim Pierce (talk) 19:34, 1 January 2012 (UTC)
Underwritten by Ernie Boch
editIt's peculiar there is no mention in this article of Ernie Boch Jr., the namesake who underwrote the organization. That should probably be corrected. jhawkinson (talk) 02:52, 20 January 2022 (UTC)
