Personally, I don't like the Ethnic distribution section of the article, especially the word "However" in it which is suggesting that nevertheless there are so many other nationalities the scholarships are awarded mostly to kazakhs. One of the criteria (from 2008) of the scholarship is the knowledge of the kazakh language which is known mosltly by kazakhs and very few russian (and other nationalities). —Preceding unsigned comment added by Aizhol (talk • contribs) 12:01, 23 November 2009 (UTC)Reply
