War crime

Strategic bombing of civilian targets was not declared a war crime until 1977, however, some mention may be included. I believe that perhaps Curtis Lemay's acknowledgment that he would have been prosecuted for war crimes if he was on the losing side because of the firebombing (see [[1]]) should at least be considered for mention. However, it is important that a neutral point of view must be maintained, so it cannot be outright classified as a war crime or spoken of definitively as a war crime without broad consensus.
