external link issue
editI am concerned that there is an edit war going on between two (or more) IP users about the wording of the external links. In the past few days there have been 7 changes to the Official website link and there needs to be some consensus on what the correct link should be rather than the current repeated switching of the wording of the link. I propose that the external link simply be http://www.thebookdepository.com, since this works and is likely to work for the entire time the site is running. --Mrmatiko (talk) 19:04, 11 June 2011 (UTC)
free shipping?
editthat they use ip addresses to display book prices to buyers depending on buyer's country is excellent info to include in the article BUT, that section, as it currently stands, seems to imply that the company's prices are inflated
it's been my experience that they often beat all competitors on price and speed of delivery, hands down; now if their marketing method is to say that shipping is free but that actually the prices are automatically adjusted in my web browser depending on what country my ip address is in, i really don't have a problem with that at all, it is very very minor quibble compared to the marketing tactics typically employed by corporations today
the bottom line is, no matter what the algorithm used or marketing tactic, in my experience, their prices are almost always the best and their service is fabulous
my point is, that section needs more information, and it needs to be more balanced — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.250.176.112 (talk) 18:03, 30 June 2011 (UTC)
