Should mention the common Rosh Hashana greeting or blessing... AnonMoos 10:26, 19 August 2007 (UTC)
"Noted Listees" section
editIs there a reason for this section? It seems to me that such a list is completely irrelevant to the article. The words to express my confusion escape me at this time. 24.254.163.150 (talk) 21:25, 12 April 2008 (UTC)
ספר החיים in the Hebrew Bible?
editI was confused by ספר החיים. I am very much a beginner at Hebrew, so I may just be confused, but I didn't find ספר החיים in the Hebrew Bible and I didn't find the phrase "Book of Life" in the 3 English translations of the Hebrew Bible that I searched.
Can anyone help me find these references? Where is this phrase used in Jewish texts?Jonathan.robie (talk) 22:05, 17 August 2018 (UTC)
"In apocrypha" section
editPerhaps an editor could remove or move the references to the Book of Revelation and Daniel because those books are considered by both Catholics and Protestants as canonical (i.e. non-apocryphal). Perhaps the title/author to this section incorrectly conflates "apocrypha" (non-canonical) with "apocalyptic" (describing catastrophic events). Both the Book of Revelation and Daniel are clearly apocalyptic but not apocryphal. TrueBlueLou (talk) 19:25, 22 May 2024 (UTC)
