Talk:Boone's Cave Park

Went and visited the place a half hour after hearing about it, met a nice WF professor from Nebraska who seemed to know a bit about the place. Didn't catch his name. From brief reading, there are a number of "Boone's caves", although this was the first family cave (Daniel was about 17) and has a park for it that has the original Boone (father) house, etc. It would be helpful if someone helped dig up some dirt on the other caves. Right now, is little more than a stub but more is coming. Going back soon as to get better photography, I was not equipped for cave shots. The professor's son had a flashlight that helped, but it was still not enough. Thanks to you both, if you are reading. Dennis Brown |  | © | WER 18:22, 22 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

County Park / State Park

edit

This used to be a state park, it is now a county park, thus why the name "state" isn't in the name. I made a direct to handle this. Dennis Brown |  | © | WER 13:13, 24 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
