editWhy would he have "escaped" from Sweden to Switzerland at the beginning of WWII? As Sweden wasn't in the war, I think this calls for some explanation. / Uppland 04:52, 2 Apr 2005 (UTC)
- In Codebreakers. Arne Beurling and the Swedish... (see ref. -- NB that this is not the book Codebreakers about Turing breaking and the Enigma at Bletchley Park), several of his trips between Sweden, France, Germany, Italy, USA, and Switzerland in these years are described. Not only the word "escaped" needs to be fixed. We should also need an explanation of why Boris Hagelin was so immediately USA friendly, as opposed to many other Swedes of this time. Another question is whether Boris was related to Ragnar & sv:Dagmar Hagelin of Argentina? --LA2 17:15, 7 July 2007 (UTC)
Article expansion

Scope
editThis article is too short. Read this Bilanz piece for starters. -> Let us expand his anti-crypto role. Zezen (talk) 05:55, 30 March 2017 (UTC)
